Whether you need to cut concrete, stone, asphalt, structural steel or pipes, theSTIHL TS 440 cut-off machine, equipped with a 350 mm cutting wheel such as the STIHL D-SB 80 diamond cutting wheel, will complete all of these tasks reliably. Thanks to the extended guard adjustment, the tool can be used efficiently in tight spaces when cutting pipes, corners and walls. If there is a strong kickback, the STIHL QuickStop cutting wheel brake stops the cutting wheel in a fraction of a second.
The high-performance STIHL 2-MIX engine, combined with the two-level belt drive, ensures high engine power when carrying out demanding cutting applications. The optional retrofittable STIHL ElastoStart function and decompression valve reduce the amount of force required to start the machine, so that you can work comfortably with the STIHL TS 440. Meanwhile, the ergonomic handle design and, in particular, the STIHL anti-vibration systemprotect your muscles and joints while you work.
The electronic water control automatically ensures optimal cooling of the cutting wheel and dust binding. Low-maintenance and practical: thanks to the long-life air filter system, you can benefit from a long filter service life.
