The STIHL MS 311 FarmBoss® petrol chainsaw is the ideal tool for cutting firewood in medium-density groups of trees. With this powerful chainsaw farmers and horticultural specialists in particular are well equipped for their work. The STIHL 2-MIX engine impresses with an output of 3.1 kW (4.2 hp).
Pre-separation routing extends the operational time before the chainsaw needs servicing, as coarse particles are removed before they reach the filter and the filter therefore needs to be cleaned less frequently. If you additionally retrofit the optional HD2 air filter, your STIHL MS 311 petrol chainsaw will benefit from a long-life air filter system. To protect your muscles and joints, the STIHL anti-vibration system reduces engine vibrations. The following features will also help you work effectively with the STIHL MS 311 petrol chainsaw:
- The decompression valve reduces the pulling force on the starter cord required to start the power tool. This makes starting easier for you and protects the engine.
- The single-lever control means that you always have your right hand on the handle, making the chainsaw particularly comfortable and safe to operate.
- To ensure that your chainsaw is always appropriately lubricated, the STIHL Ematic system guides the chain oil to precisely where it is needed. This also ensures economical oil consumption.
