The STIHL MS 251 C-BE petrol chainsaw is the ideal chainsaw if you are undertaking extended sawing tasks, such asharvesting firewood. It is compact and robust and comes with a range of comfort functions that make your job easier, both in domestic tasks and work by skilled trades. The STIHL MS 251 C-BE chainsaw impresses with its high cutting performance and durable STIHL .325 RM Pro saw chain. Even thick tree trunks can be effectively felled and processed.
Thanks to single-lever control you can control the essential functions of the STIHL 2.2 kW (3.0 hp) 2-MIX engine, such as starting and stopping the power tool, with one hand. This allows you to operate the chainsaw comfortably and safely, as it means your right hand can always remain on the handle. To protect your joints and muscles, the STIHL anti-vibration system reduces engine and power tool vibrations. Starting the chainsaw is easy, because STIHL Easy2Start reduces the effort required by half compared to conventional STIHL starters. The manual fuel pump also allows you to quickly restart the machine after a break in operation. To do this, press your thumb on the pump to feed fuel directly into the carburettor.
To ensure that you can work as comfortably as possible, the STIHL 251 C-BE chainsaw comes with additional features such as STIHL Quick Chain Tensioning, which allows you to re-tension the saw chain easily, safely and without tools, tool-free fuel cap, and pre-separation routing which keeps coarse particles away from the filter.
To additionally protect the engine from fine dust this petrol chainsaw is supplied with an HD2 air filter, meaning that your STIHL MS 251 will benefit from a long-life air filter system.
