The STIHL FS 261 C-E petrol brushcutter supports professionals in landscape maintenance, horticulture and agriculture very efficiently in various types of work. The very large mowing circle is ideal for complex, large-scale mowing operations and maintaining young stands.
The high-torque STIHL 2-MIX engine combines powerful performance with economical consumption. STIHL Easy2start makes starting the STIHL FS 261 C-E very convenient. One smooth, even pull is all it takes to start the engine. This STIHL brushcutter is supplied with the STIHL 300-3 brush knife as standard, which can be used for precision removal of scrub, thorny hedges and tough grass.
The ergonomic bike handle (mowing handle) supports a natural scything movement. This means that you can even mow larger areas very efficiently and effortlessly. The soft grip handle also offers you a highly ergonomic and intuitive working experience.
The single-handed multi-function handle enables you to control the engine with just one hand. The stop button makes it possible to resume work quickly after a break, without additional switching. The diagnostic socket enables your local STIHL dealer to access information about the machine design, repair and maintenance instructions for your STIHL FS 261 C-E. The STIHL anti-vibration system takes the strain off your muscles and joints.
There is also the option of equipping the STIHL FS 261 C-E with other cutting tools, such as a grass-cutting blade, shredder blade, circular saw blade or various mowing heads. The large mowing guard provides improved protection against flying cuttings and small stones.
The double shoulder harness supplied as standard provides additional support, especially for longer periods of use, by distributing the weight of the STIHL FS 261 C-E brushcutter evenly across your body.
The STIHL FS 261 C-E brushcutter has been awarded the KWF-Profi quality mark by the Kuratorium für Waldarbeit und Forsttechnik e.V. (Committee for Forestry Work and Forestry Technology).
